Pharmacotherapy of Systemic Vasculitis Combined with Cryoglobulinemic Syndrome Using Pharmacoeconomic Approaches

BACKGROUND: It was substantiated the relevance and necessity of chosen research topic as a result review scientific literature on epidemiology pharmacotherapy patients with systemic vasculitis associated cryoglobulinemic syndrome.
 
 OBJECTIVE: In this study were selected drugs that have diagnostic ATC-code J05 Antiviral agents for use; J05A Antivirals direct action; J05AB01 antiviral use according to INN Aciclovir.
 METHODS: This is based pharmacoeconomic, organizational legal, forensic pharmaceutical approaches using review. Experimental data processed basis Department Internal Medicine Lviv Medical Institute Pharmaceutical Law, General Clinical Pharmacy Kharkiv Academy Postgraduate Education. RESULTS: pharmacological analysis basic therapy performed. Pharmacoeconomic studies been conducted. According results ABC analysis, Aciclovir combined syndrome distributed in descending order value. VEN-analysis, it estimated category V accounted largest number prescriptions cost (100%). CONCLUSION: provide an opportunity make administrative managerial decisions determining improve hospitals.
